This is Medium Roast is perfect for my mornings to get me up and moving.....with first enjoying my coffee time. The tasting notes of cocoa and toffee is so delicious! When we don’t have a house full of people, a K Cup is the perfect way for me to still have my cup of Starbucks without wasting a whole pot of coffee. The house blend is a perfect eye opener- medium blend, it is packed with flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Starbucks House Blend medium roast coffee was very smooth and had a lovely pleasant taste. The package said it had notes of toffee and dusted cocoa. I didn't notice any of these flavors. However, I truly enjoyed this coffee and definitely would purchase this Starbucks house blend again.

Please tell me you are not discontinuing this blend! Sure, some say it is too similar to Pike's... they are wrong! This has a flavor and roast all on it's own. And I love it . I drink this at home...but when I go to a shop, I have to settle for Pike's. House is much better, so rich and full flavored with out the slight bitterness of Pike's. It is like a warm blanket that is soft and comforting. The best blend of all....

I love to make regular coffee or even white chocolate mocha’s at home, if you’re looking for a really yummy coffee this is it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Starbucks House Blend has such a nice, pleasant, and smooth flavor without being too bitter. I like a good medium roast that isn’t too light or dark and this one delivers. It smells great, too! I didn’t feel like I needed to add a bunch of stuff to it to make it taste great.

Years ago there was a blend that came out that was called Viennese which of course was short lived, but it was love at first sip! I spoke to a Master Barista who told me if I wanted to create something similar I should mix the House blend with the Espresso Blend, 3 parts to 1. I've been drinking that blend ever since! I really like the House blend as a stand alone too because it's a nicely balanced, medium acidity.

This blend is very different than the House Blend I used to enjoy when the Starbucks brand initially open in my area. Much bolder and stronger tasting, and unpleasant. If you are looking for the taste of the House blend from the past, do not buy this.

Maybe we’ve just gotten spoiled to the rich, delicious flavor of Peet’s coffee but this coffee was just average. I’d much rather have Peet’s coffee or Starbucks Italian or French roast. I gave away probably 3/4 of this bag because it’s just not that great.
