I feel it is well balanced with a great flavor. Not too strong, not a big fan of dark and bitter. Blended well so it's so smooth. Love it. Highly recommend!

I have other blends of Starbucks at home too: Veranda blend (ground), breakfast blend (ground), and loved the Christmas (2014) Blend (ground), but this House Blend gives me and my partner acidity, stomach ache and sickness... I don't know what it is. Not buying again. Thanks.

Just using a few scoops, I get a great pot of coffee for the day. Smells amazing while roasting and tastes great. Doesn't get bitter if it sits for awhile and goes well with anything. Starbucks is our family's overall favorite coffee! I decided to try this for a change (we normally drink dark roasts). This has a really good flavor, and I do like it, but it seems more acidic than the others we've tried. I would still recommend this coffee to others!

What I can say is that this is one of the best coffee I’ve made at home. It has a very smooth, but rich flavor. I drink my coffee black and it is very good. Will definitely consider buying more.
