[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice smooth robust flavor. If you are looking for a mild coffee with a nice flavor this is it! It doesn't leave any coffee residue at the bottom of your coffee cup or coffee grounds. Which is a major plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the best part of this coffee is the the k cup! tastes like any other coffee. the k cups are great for single use and travel mugs, for coffee on the go. otherwise just another cup of joe. not disappointed yet not impressed

We have searched coffees over the years (50 of them!) and from around the world and we always come straight back to House blend, whole bean, ground to our taste. Every.Time. If you wanted a new coffee, it should have been named something else and we staunch supporters would be happy. Husband and I are incensed. Don't mess with a person's coffee. I was willing to mail order it from you, go to your stand-alone shops if necessary. You need to change this "New Coke" mentality.

The coffee is great; our only issue was finding the Star Code. I had to call, and it was explained to me that the Star Code is usually sent by email. Apparently with the transition to the new rewards system, this is no longer done. I did receive the Star Code from the phone call, but not the bonus stars that were supposed to be awarded for the purchase. The agent on the phone was very polite, but she said a different department handled bonus star awards, and she would need to transfer me. The whole process just seemed to take a long time, and I hope to contact that department when I get home from this trip and have more time.

Great fresh-brewed taste for the entire cup, whether it sits and gets cold or I gulp it while it's hot. Also, I don't understand the thinking behind "54 cups" in a box or why I can't order for every 5 weeks, as I only use one a day...4 weeks are too few, 6 weeks too much time. I'm always running short as shipping time nears, and requires more management than I'd like to give this.

We love having our coffee and this is an outstanding tasting coffee. You can drink it anytime whether it's early morning or evening with dinner i'ts great no matter what. We used to have several different coffee blends so pleased that we finally found the one we like the best and this is the only coffee you'll find in our home. The aroma and taste is incomparable to anything else that we've found.

Maybe we’ve just gotten spoiled to the rich, delicious flavor of Peet’s coffee but this coffee was just average. I’d much rather have Peet’s coffee or Starbucks Italian or French roast. I gave away probably 3/4 of this bag because it’s just not that great.

Years ago there was a blend that came out that was called Viennese which of course was short lived, but it was love at first sip! I spoke to a Master Barista who told me if I wanted to create something similar I should mix the House blend with the Espresso Blend, 3 parts to 1. I've been drinking that blend ever since! I really like the House blend as a stand alone too because it's a nicely balanced, medium acidity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee has great flavor and body. I have used it to make both cold brew and hot coffee, both have been exceptional. One thing to note: this coffee skews towards a darker roast in terms of flavor. Overall, highly recommend and love the convenience of making Starbucks coffee at home.
