The smell, the aroma aroundthe house when it'sbrewing, is just amazing and it fills up the air, I love it and love waking up to the smell of my Starbucks house blend coffee.

[Employee of starbucks-athome] Why are you discontinuing this blend with no reason to share? It's the best blend you have and we've been drinking it for years. There is no comparing the House Blend with with Pike Place, which is not nearly as tasty.... I mean can't you compromise and sell it once once year on a holiday so I can bulk buy it?

I have a 10 cup auto drip coffee maker. I used 3 1/2 TBSP & it made the perfect strength for me. The taste is rich & smooth. It's a great tasting coffee for any coffee lover, like myself. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received #freesample of Starbucks House Blend coffee. Starbucks is a pretty good brand, in my opinion. The house blend is one I liked more than others. I would drink it again and recommend it to others. It had a smooth taste and could tell it wasn't a cheap, knock off brand. I like how I can add in as much coffee at a time as I want.

I am planning a 3 week trip to Italy in September and cannot live without coffee first thing in the morning. So I am testing almost every instant that is available, including all the Starbucks VIA blends. The House Blend is the only one I have found that both smells and tastes like fresh brewed coffee. Some of them taste ok but I can't get past the smell. I am reading other reviews you might discontinue House Blend. PLEASE don't! I lived in Seattle in the mid-80's and this smell always brings me back to Pike Place. I think I will go and have a cup right now!
