I've been getting this coffee for several years in whole beans. I brew it in a coffee machine that grinds the beans just as it brews. You can't get any fresher than that. It's great. I have a pot of it every day. The only bad thing is that the pot runs dry.

This stuff tastes burnt and stinks. If you want espresso you need to buy it from a specialty roaster. (I ran out of my normal so I was desperate) I'm not sure if they intend for this to be drip only coffee and just call it espresso or not. This is in no way what they serve in their store. Do not put this in an espresso machine and expect good results. (Whole bean version ground fresh in my bur grinder)

We love all of the verissimo pods, but especially like the espresso versions. My only complaint is, for some reason many of the pods popped open so the grounds came out into the cup, which ruined it. Considering it's about $1/cup, we were disappointed by this.

There's no such thing as using the online service because it never works you can ever get your Rewards I just completely gave up at one point I think I talked to 7 different people it's never the right phone number nobody in any department wants to help you they always say you're in the wrong department and they keep passing the buck quite honestly it's because I have the coffee ship more than I need to just because they screwed up the order so many times whoever this is really needs to be on top of the bird brains he hires

Love Starbucks Coffee and always buy it at the grocery store. Sometimes we run out (awful!) and I hoped the website would offer a fulfillment type service so coffee would be shipped to me on a monthly basis. I did not see this. If you offer it, it is not clear. Instead, just single orders and the price is more expensive than the grocery. Booooo! Contact me when you get a fulfillment service up and running. I am shocked this is not already offered.

I have been a satisfied consumer for many years, however, the new packaging makes it too difficult to tell the difference between the regular and decaf pods. Also, both types of pods seem to be weaker than before. I have to use more pods than I have in the past. I can't seem to make a decent espresso at home with my brand new verisimo espresso machine that I purchased thinking my old one may have been the problem. I don't know what you have done to the pods, but I liked it before. Have you put less product in each pod?

I love the dark, caramel flavor of the espresso roast, and I've tried several other brands of coffee, and Starbucks owns it. I don't understand why the coffee is so expensive on the website, though. I can buy it at the store much cheaper than on here.

Love the product. Only wish my reward account would be credited for the purchase. And it said shipping was free with Visa, but it meant Visa checkout. Had I known, I would have spent slightly more for free shipping. Great product, just shopping issues.
