Have an Old Dog @ 17 yrs old and thought we were going to lose her. couldn't hardly walk. Some people would have took her and had her put down. Not me. I ordered 2 bottles of this to see if it would help her and give her 2 a day every day with her food and within @ 2 wks she started moving around better, jumping, running. Cosequin is not magic, but it does help. In my opinion, get your big dog an orthopedic or memory foam bed and start him on Cosequin before he starts to age. If you don't, then you may wish that you could go back in time and do it. They are more delicate than they seem...

We have 2 Bassrt Hounds (its actually our 3rd & 4th). We started giving this to our older Basset Hounds, Bailey. Bailey was starting to have a progressively harder time getting up. We started giving her Cosequin and she got up easier, walked a little faster - Basset Hounds aren't known for their speed, LOL. After a year or 2 we started giving it to our younger Basset Hound when he started showing signs of aging. We have a Russian Blue female cat, Gidget. Gidget has bladder spasms, which caused her to inappropriately urinate around my house (pulling hair out). Took her to the Vet they put her on Rx. Urinary support food & feline Cosequin. We open the capsule and sprinkle over her food. Gidget has 2 litter boxes, 1 box for # 1, that is lined with a puppy training pad & sprinkled with some litter, not much. A 2nd box for 1 & 2. She won't go #2 in her pee box. Its funny. I spray both boxes with Cat Attract Cat Nip spray, then dust each box with some Cat Nip. It has really helped out tremendously!

My senior dog has recently suffered from leg pain. The vet says this tablet could improve loss of cartilage in the joint. Also recommends she drop her weight. We're making progress on losing extra weight. She'll eat veggies and fruit as well as her dog food which I feed her less of now.

My 11 year old schnauzer couldn't jump onto the couch without assistance & had problems standing He's been taking this for some time. 2 per day to start, then 1.5, & now 1 a day.. This has been a remarkable recovery after so much pain & suffering for him! He can now stand without problems, jump up without assistance & it's like all his energy has been restored! These tablets have done wonders for my senior dog. I have been ordering them online for Amazon but you only get 120 and you pay almost $10 more. That was the best price i found after a ton of research!! I honestly never knew Sam's carried these until i saw the black Friday sale!! Even without the sale, for 180 of them, it is STILL cheaper to get them from Sam's!!! I will forever get them from here. If you want to see your senior pup walk, heck run and play like a puppy again, I HIGHLY recommend these!!

This is the best for helping dogs keep moving. My last dog had issues at birth that the vet thought we'd have to eventually have to have surgery for and after starting him on this pill when he was still a puppy. The vet was amazed at how it helped him and we never had to do surgery on him all the years we had him. Our new puppy is now on it as well. He doesn't have any "birth" issues but we give it to him as a treat with peanut butter. It just helps with the joints. My neighbor's daughter had a small older dog who was having difficulties getting around and I suggested they try this to see if it helped her and sure enough, after 3 months, they said she was moving around like she was younger and they notice her pain level is nowhere near where it was. So, yes, this is a must in our house as long as we have dogs.

Nice, fairly small tablet for a large dog. Maybe 1” across. But it is scored if you need to break it. It must taste good because our dog will sit, etc for his “treat”. He really likes it. He's 6 years old and his knees were popping when he'd get up. That's why we tried this cosequin out. His knees don't pop anymore. This is our 3rd bottle. Sam's has the best price.

Best price I could find for these. My dog likes them. I was afraid she might not eat them, but she does. Sometimes she wants to eat it out of my hand and other times she's not interested, but I put it on top of her food and she eats it first before the food.
