These are great tablets for an older dog to keep their mobility up. My 10 year old boxer takes one tablet daily and no issues. He runs about 10 miles per week with me right now and always looks forward to going. I think these tablets have kept his joints healthy.

I've been giving cosequin to my dogs for years. My sister (a vet tech) advised me to start my dogs on the supplement BEFORE they develop arthritis, so I started my two dogs at 5 and 6 years old. They are now 8 and 10 years and have no signs of joint issues. Keeping them active and at a healthy weight while supplementing their diet with cosequin is key.
