[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed my experience with Royal Authentic Basmati Rice. I don't normally cook basmatic rice at home and mostly eat it at Indian restaurants. I very much enjoyed the taste aroma, texture and fluffiness. It was a straightforward recipe (on the bag) and not difficult to cook. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and repurchase.

First tried basmati rice at an Indian restaurant almost 2hrs away. Trying to re-create that I bought my first bag of basmati rice at our local big box store. It was almost $5 for a 1lb bag. But I was hooked. It is so good. But with a family of 5 I was having a hard time justifying the cost. Then I set out to Sams club. Mind you are closest Club is 1 hour away. Thankfully Sam's had this enormous bag of rice for a really reasonable price. Lasts at least 6 months(maybe longer if I didn't give some away to family members). The only time I use regular white rice now is for spanish rice. Great value and taste.

This was our go-to rice for years. We bought a bag a few hours ago and cooked enough for supper and almost tossed it even though we were starving. We will be returning to Sam’s tomorrow to return the bag and unfortunately will be looking for a new brand since many other reviews are noticing the same terrible quality issues. It tastes thick and grainy, almost like a brown rice would, definitely not how I expect this brand to taste like.

A nice side for a meal, however, I prefer the convenience of the microwave pouches. I would recommend this and I would purchase again perhaps for a weekend meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Royal Authentic Basmati Rice for the stove top is easy to make in a pan on top of the stove. Put it on and prepare the rest of your meal. The long grain rice is fluffy and fresh. It complements any meal. It smells amazing and tastes just as good. I can’t wait to make it again.
