We have purchased Royal Basmati Rice many times before but this last time purchased in May 2020 had bugs in it. We tried to remove some but there's too many. I took out 3, then 8, then 15 bugs.... and I keep finding bugs! I've heard putting the rice under hot sun will get the bugs out so I'm trying that. I'm not sure returning to get a different one is worth since it's high chance that the whole batch most likely will be bug infested also! Emailed Sams Club customer service. Maybe I should share the pictures to Sams Clubs account on Instagram and Facebook!

It cooks about the same as regular rice. I would buy it again, if it was on sale, but I didn't find anything better about it than other basmati rice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried Royal basmati rice, and it was delicious! My family loved it… I made it with a recipe that has been handed down in my family… Pepper steak and it went so well with the basmati rice. The rice had such a nice texture and really held up to the gravy. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. It is honestly the best rice I have had. I am definitely going to go back and try different varieties of their rice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved this Royal Authentic Basmati Rice. We ate it with some teriyaki chicken and veggies. My entire family enjoyed dinner. The rice cooked up nice with individual rice and not clumped together. I would definitely recommend it to others and interested in trying their other varieties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Royal basmati rice is easy to cook and tastes amazing. It is definitely a good to brand for quality rice. Flavorful and great for making Tadig (crispy rice, bottom of the pot). It is one of the brands we use the most for all of our rice dishes!

I had it myself and shared it family and friends. I served it with veggies. Everyone loved it. I would definitely purchase it again. And I will purchase a bigger bag next time. I am definitely interested in trying other products from Royal Basmati for sure. I will recommend it to most people I know that would enjoy this product. Not to forget this is the healthiest rice you can have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to make a side of rice for a dish I was making. I tried the Royal Basmati rice instead of the brown rice I usually use. It paired very well with meal I was making. The flavor and the texture were light. I'd definitely buy it again . I'd also recommend it to anyone who'd like a change from their normal rice routine.

As it cooked, it gave off a wonderful, fragrant aroma that filled the kitchen. The texture turned out light and fluffy, and the flavor was delicious too.
