I received BENGAY Ultra Strength compliments of Brand Power Home Testing. The ointment had a VERY strong wintergreen scent. That was ok for me, as like the smell of wintergreen, but it gave my fiance a terrible headache. The ointment went on, smoothly, and dried fairly quickly. It was a little sticky, at first, but that didn`t last long. After about five minutes, I could feel it working. My more minor aches and pains were alleviated, completely. My more troublesome aches were still present, but they were much more tolerable. The relief was longer lasting than my usual brand of pain relief. Other brands tended to last two to four hours. BENGAY gave me relief for an average of 6 hours (while active) and 8 hours (through the night). I have to admit, I was a bit surprised. As I mentioned, I still have some aching in my muscles ( mainly in my upper back and feet), but they are definitely reduced.

I am in my 30s now but I started using this in my early teen years. LOVE it! I used to use the regular strength, but either they discontinued it or it has been renamed. I have fairly sensitive skin, but I've never had the problems some reviewers reported. Any way, this is strong relief, it sinks in quickly-and a little goes a long way. Love the minty scent, even if the rest of the household doesn't! When I have a backache or period aches and pains that painkillers can't touch, I reach for this. Please don't ever discontinue this product!

i have been suffering from back pain since i was in my teens ( i am now 63). I live in Malta and a friend brought me the BENGAY ultra strength cream fro Canada and it really worked miracles. I love how this product works. My pain subsided with in seconds after applying. I get cramps in my leg that at times I can`t stand for more then 5 min, but with BENGAY®ULTRA STRENGTH PAIN RELIEVING CREAM I can be up walking around all day. The only thing that is hard to get use to is the smell. The over powering sent of Wintergreen is a little much, but if it means I smell like an old mint candy or NO pain I`ll take the smell.

I have had excruciating joint pain at the hip x several years. As a Certified Medical Assistant, I am on my feet all day and am taking meloxicam. It helps somewhat for about 12 hours, but after that, life comes to a screeching halt and I go to bed as soon as I come home from work. The pain has dictated every minute of my life. I received bengay as a sample and it worked wonders on my neck and shoulder pain. Also i have knee pain it worked great. My daughter also has knee pain and she loves this stuff it helped her with the pain. I would recomme_nd to get this. The odor wasnt to bad. I was very pleased with this product.

I suffer from Rheumatoid Disease and Sciatica and my lower back, hips and knees are always in pain, unbearable pain, but I use Bengay Ultra Strength and it helps with my pain making it easy to do some of my chores. I will recommend this product all the time.
