A larger APC unit failed and I replaced with this smaller unit since I ar=lready had one like it which has worked reliably for many months.

After returning an obviously returned unit and purchasing a new and unused unit i am completely satisfied with this APC producr.

I've not needed this yet, but I'm relieved to have it. I got one for a relative in the Chicago area who was without power during the recent storm.

Worst thing ever… don't buy. The device keeps going to battery mode like every hour. Has to completely turn it off.

I bought this week ago, we had power surge and guess what my router and credit card processing machine did not got shot.
