I personally could never use the light because my flow is heavy my entire cycle. This box of tampons works perfect for me, I no longer have to worry about leakage.

Super plus for the first 2 days, Super for the next 2 days and regular for the rest of the days I’m on my period. I love the sleek look. They are easy to open and discard. It’s like a push pop for your catbox! The tube slides in easily with little to no effort. Minimal to no leakage because I change often.

I was previously changing my regular tampon every 3-4 hours which is annoying and inefficient. The Super Plus is great for my heavy days. Wish I would have thought of the trio pack sooner.
