The variety of sizes - Super, Super Plus, and Ultra - makes it easy to find the right fit for my needs. I switch between sizes depending on where I'm at in my cycle which is great cause all the sizes come in hand. Plus, the pearl applicator is really comfortable to use and makes insertion a breeze. Easy open, easy insertion, and stays in place well. However I do still need to wear a liner with these as there is SLIGHT leaking through the wick effect through the string

However, instead of purchasing different boxes for various flows, this box contains 3 different flow levels, regular, super and super plus. Considering my flow can change on a daily basis, this box gives me 3 different options to have on hand each month. Considering they are a plastic applicator, they are much easier to insert than a cardboard applicator.
