How to Insert and Remove a Tampon
Learn the proper way to use your tampon for maximum comfort and effectiveness. To insert a tampon, slowly insert the applicator from the tip all the way to the grip, then push the pusher. After you’ve pushed the pusher in all the way, pull the applicator out. To remove a tampon, you'll use your thumb and finger to grip the string and pull it slowly out. Remember to properly dispose of your used tampon in the trash.

I’ve been using Tampax Pearl Tampons with LeakGuard Braid, Super Absorbency for a few months now, and they consistently deliver. This box had a great mix of sizes and amounts.I really appreciate buying the multipack, makes it easier to always make sure I have supplies for when I need them, and is a good deal. I usually supplement with a pack of supers for heavy days but it is great to just buy one box vs a bunch of boxes. Very Grippy, No Drippy, would recommend 100 %
