They are easily inserted with the applicator. They hold quite a bit And I don’t feel like I need to change them all the time. I highly recommend these.

No period is the same and glad I was able to purchase these tampons. They are comfortable, the applicator is easy to use, great colors in order to distinguish the sizes as well, also good absorbency.
