[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these Tampax pearl tampons monthly. They are by far the most comfortable and hold the most on my heaviest days. The applicator is superior to other brands. I have found the pearl super and super plus give the best protection for a longer amount of time. I will not use other brands.

I got these because they were “ULTRA”. My flow is heavy. During the day, I can use these for 2-3 hours before they leak! At night, 4 hours max! The applicator is short, but I figured if the tampon worked...I could deal with it. But overall, this is not a recommended product from me.

I love the Trio pack because you can choose which one you need each day. They are made with a smooth removal layer for amazing comfort, form fit expansion to gently expand to fit your body shape, and made with leakguard braid protection to prevent leaks.

This specific product type is specially made for women who have heavy discharge. I wouldn't recommend for women who are normal to light flow, since the cotton absorbency can be drying to the intimate area. The are the perfect length and sleek enough for stashing. The plastic, round tip applicator is smooth and just glides in with no problem.
