[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy to have these Tampax Pearl Ultra. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say about this product. It has saved me so much time and worry and probably money. On my heavier days I was changing on my tampons and pads probably ever few hours with these ultra Tampax I don't have to change out as often. On a heavy day I can go 8 hour, and sleep peacefully at night. And with the plastic applicator it's so easy and fast To insert the Tampax. The only thing I would change about this product is its name. I don't call them ultra tampax I call them wombo tampax .. haha. But in all seriousness please do not use the ultra tampon on your lighters days, due to TSS. I've had children and my flows are a lot heavier now, I only use them for A-day during my menstrual week. Then I switch to a different size variety of tampax.

Not everyones flow is the same throughout their cycle. I like that I have a box that will cater to why whole cycle instead of having to buy a whole bunch of different sizes to accommodate my flow.

Listen I am one who has to change my tampon every 2 hours like clockwork at the beginning of my cycle. With these I’m not scared of the nighttime. The bed loves them too….limited accidents. They used to sell these at my local store but they stopped. But now they are found!

I feel confident wearing them because they are absorbent and prevent any leakage. The wrappers is very quiet when opening as well, so that's another plus.
