The reason is that they just get better and better! The applicator is great. Easy and comfortable to use. And I always feel confident, no matter what I may be doing while I am using. They are discreet and easy to make sure I always have a backup with me. And they are beyond comfortable. So much so that you can't feel them! I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Tampax Pearl Trio pack and these are my go to tampons. I love the trio pack since it has all three sizes I need. I start with the super for about a day or 2 and slowly figure out which one I need next. These tampons can hold a lot and very reliable.

I will not be buying these again. The tampons work well enough for their purpose, which is the only reason I give 2 stars. Inserting these is very difficult. The place you hold while pushing the long end inwards to insert has no grip. The raised portion that looks like a “O” in the pic, that is supposed to provide a grip to hold onto while inserting is way too flat and you end up with fingers slipping in and making a mess. My fingernails and fingertips cannot get a good grip, and I keep my nails to maybe 1/4” in length. Who created this design?? Men?? Do better Tampax!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As most menstruating people know that time of the month can be a real burden a pain in the blank if you will. It’s not always easy to locate and find exactly what we need in the time we need it. I always shop in advance, and when I came across this Tampax pearl trail box, I was surprised that all three were in one single box. Being such, I did not have to get more than one box. One box will suffice for a regular length cycle. I was hopeful that the entire length of the period would be covered. However, light should also be included in the box if you ask me unless there’s a quadruple box in which case I am totally on board with getting that because we all know we don’t want to buy forever boxes are three different boxes for the same issue. We go through every month all in all it’s a good buy and I would definitely recommend plastic applicators make insertion easy and the cotton tampon put my mind at ease.

I don't like the regular tampax, so I was skeptical but after using these, I would recommend to anyone. I work construction and need a level of protection. I cant always get to a bathroom quickly, so knowing how great these worked on my heavy days, makes me know to get them again.
