However, after having three babies I found my flow had gotten heavier with each one and it was getting harder for a tampon to do the job with such a heavy flow, but this trio pack of super, plus & ultra is perfect for that! They are very absorbent even for my heaviest days and the leak gaurd braided string gives me extra security.

I use them all and still have some for next time. I have few leaks wirh this brand. I trust that I'm safe using this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax has always been a staple Brand in my household. I am happy to say that Tampax pearl is definitely a good buy. With a very smooth application I will always be a buyer of Tampax pearl. The fact that they come in all different forms to allocate for the strength of your cycle is also a very good option for use.

On my heaviest 2nd and third days of my cycle this product for SURE DOES NOT LAST 8HOURS. On your heavy days no way you should want anything 8 hours. This product only lasts up to 1 hour on the 2nd and 3rd day of my cycle for years. Of course after 4th and 5th day you can wear these long as you want. There is NO tampon ON THE MARKET ANYWHERE that will hold any one for more than 2 hours on their heaviest days. There is no product on the market for that. But this is the largest size. I. Wouldn't be surprised if you need to make larger sizes. I STILL have to wear pad with these. To ensure dryness and accidents I'm NOT confident with any Feminine Product line without a pad all 3-6 days. No way id do it. It doesn't keep me dry and clean without back up pads.

Since having kids my anatomy has changed just a little making some tampons super uncomfortable. I've tried so many and most feel like they're not in right, make me cramp more or just feel plain uncomfortable. These work well for me. They aren't uncomfortable for me, I haven't noticed my cramping any worse, and even better I do not leak when using these. I use super most of my period until the end when it slows down some then I switch to regular in the same brand. But so far these are the only ones I can wear without any issues at all.

Having a pack that gives you seven different sizes to choose from is super convenient. For the heavier days to the lighter days you don’t have to buy so many different boxes. Everything is in one pack, so I love that the products are great comfortable and the absorbance is awesome.
