I love these pencils! They are the only ones I will buy for my classroom! However this package was a complete dud! Multiple of the pencils in each package will not sharpen, I have had multiple break almost in half! Such a disappointment and a distraction as this package was intended for our standardized testing!

The quality of these are still good but they don’t seem to be built like the used to. Or at least this version is not built to the standards that I had in prior 10 or 12 pack models. I still think these are better than any other pencil on the market though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not the same Ticonderoga pencils I used when I was a kid. They used to be a high-quality pencil. I hadn't used the brand in years and I was looking forward to using them again. They do not sharpen well, the lead breaks and the wood is rough--like feels like you might get a splinter rough. My daughter writes A LOT so I asked her opinion as well and the verdict was the same. I wish the quality was the same as it used to be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are below average for me. The wood is very splintery and sharpens strangely. The eraser broke off at the metal on first use and I was being gentle. I would not recommend these but maybe I got a sub par batch.
