Great slip.

This review is for the Conditioner, not the Shampoo. I do struggle with L'Oreal's shampoos itching my scalp but I have to give enormous credit to their Conditioners. They have excellent slip. Whereas other conditioner brands practically yank the hair out of my head from their inability to detangle the after-effects of shampooing, I can almost effortlessly comb the conditioner through my hair in the shower.

Why did you change the formula???

They changed the formula Used to be thick yellow creamy. Now it is white and thinner. Does not work the same, works horribly now Please bring it back. I cannot use this stuff.

So sad I want to cry

They've recently changed this, and it's horrible, terrible. Does not condition at all. I don't know what I'm going to do now. Tried so many before finding, and falling in love with this one. Now I'm lost. Like a knife to my gut.

Hate the new formula!!!

This was my go to shampoo and conditioner….up until now. Why did you change the formula? It's horrible. Doesn't condition at all!! It will be going directly into the trash!! So disappointing. Please bring back your old formula!!!

The new formula doesn't work

I just picked up a new bottle after not using it for a few months. They changed the formula and now it doesn't work for my hair at all. Actually leaves it feeling drier. You guys messed up something that didn't need adjusting.

Why change such a great product???

New formula is TERRIBLE!!!! The original formula was my holy grail! This new version could not be worse! What were you thinking Loreal??? I will be moving on to another brand.

Really missing the old formula

I have used this conditioner for years and am so disappointed by the changed formula. Please consider going back to the original. It has changed for the worse. My hair is less smooth and it doesn't detangle long hair nearly as well.
