I don't know what the previous formula others talk about may have been, but this L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner are GREAT. I will definitely buy it again. Sams Club prices and shipping are always great.

I've been using this for almost a month now and my hair feels incredible! So soft and reduces the frizz my crazy curls are typically full of. This works better than many high-end products I have tried to smooth out frizz and reduce visible signs of damage. Highly recommend

I decided to try this one only because it was on sale. Glad I did. It left my hair feeling really smooth and not dried out. Even after I blow dried it I could tell the difference from what I normally use. I hope they continue to keep it available. I just wish I was able to buy it in store. They should also offer the shampoo.

I've used this conditioner for many years.  Recently, though, the fragrance changed and I can no longer use it.  It severely aggravates my allergies, makes my eyes itch, stuffs up my nose and gives me a headache.  As others have noted, the fragrance lingers long after use and it intensifies when my hair gets damp. Sadly, I'm searching for a fragrance free alternative that, hopefully, works as well as this conditioner. I agree with other commenters, why did you take change a perfectly good, or great, product???

I purchased both shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo leaves hair soft and manageable just a small amount of conditioner is needed. I am pleased with both. Luxurious at a very reasonable price Hair feels clean, manageable and shining till next hair wash

I've used this product for many years. I just bought a new bottle of conditioner and it has a really strong smell, and it lingers on your hair post wash. I compared the ingredients of the new bottle to the old one and the formula has been changed. I don't understand why companies always have to ruin a good thing.

I've been using this product for years. I ran out of conditioner, so I just bought a new bottle this weekend and just use it for the first time this morning. I notice new packaging, but no not notification of any formula changes. Why did you put musky scent in this?!?!! I am extremely sensitive to scents and now cannot use this product anymore. I just hope I don't have a headache for the rest of the day because I don't have time to rewash my hair. You should never do that without some kind of notification on the packaging that there is a new formula and or a new scent!

Great Conditioner, I'm 66 yrs old, lost my hair due to medical condition, and the regrowth of my hair needs all the help it can get. This product is the best. I will keep using.

Great shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo has great lather, and gets your hair clean without leaving a heavy perfume scent. The conditioner keeps tangles to a minimum, keeps my hair from getting staticky, and doesn't leave a filmy feeling in your hair.

I have used this product for the past 12 years at least. This new formula is awful. It is super watery, leaves my hair oily now and it smells terrible. The color isn't even the same as it used to be. Please bring back the old formula.
