I have been using this conditioner for many years and I'm really sad that I have to find something else now. The old formula was so rich and effective and smellled great, but the new one leaves my thick hair feeling like straw and doesn't even smell the same. Please bring back the old formula so we can all buy again!

I have used this conditioner since it came out. I loved it, and it made my hair look and feel great. But my newest bottle has a slightly different colored cap, and it's obvious that the formula has changed. Big mistake. Huge. Why do companies mess with things that are working? It's infuriating. Bring back the old formula! I used to tell people to buy this stuff, but no longer!

I've tried other products of yours but hate the castor oil in them this shampoo and conditioner were the best ever! So beyond sad about the change pleaseeeeeeeeeeee bring back the old formula why change something that wasn't broken!!!!!!

This product changes for the worse. It's not as thick and hair is no longer smooth. I bought it because it contained ceramides which have awesome benefits for hair. Well compare the new bottle to the old. I knew something was off with my hair and then I checked the bottle and ceramides were gone. Yes there are still some hidden at the very bottom of the ingredients list, but so little that they probably were not allowed to feature it on the packaging any longer. L'Oréal, you really missed the mark in this one. Hope you listen to your consumers because this new product IS VERY DIFFERENT and just a side by side of the new packaging speaks volumes.

I've been on a hunt these past couple of months looking for a new conditioner to replace this beauty. I really miss the old formula and how well it conditioned and moisturized my hair. please please pleasee bring back the old formula. We're all lost here without this conditioner

I've been using this conditioner for the past couple of years, but they've recently changed their formula very drastically. It used to have a yellow color to it and was amazing, nourishing, and super hydrating to my hair. Now it's an all white color with a harsher scent, and very damaging to my hair that leaves it super dry. It feels like I'm using a styling gel to condition my hair instead of an actual conditioner. I really miss the old formula and will have to start looking for a new conditioner.

I have been using the Loreal Total Repair products for my hair for well over a year now and am absolutely in love with them. My hair has never been so manageable, shiny and healthy looking. Even my hairdresser agrees...she too loves these products...I recommend these to everyone I know...

I've had my loreal paris elvive shampoo and conditioner for 1 week. I am so pleased with the healing care loreal has in this product. Never have I ever found any shampoo or conditioner that even comes close to this product. My hair is unbelievable shape just in a week. All stars go out to loreal for making the absolute best hair care products in the world. I will never use anything else on my hair. Thanks loreal corporation.

The previous formula of this line has been my goto for many years, Total Repair 5 Shampoo and Conditioner was EXACTLY what my hair needed. None of the other types in this line does what this particular one does for me. Now the new formula of Total Repair 5 Conditioner is white, which is the only way I knew something had changed as nothing else on the bottle indicates a new formulation, and it does absolutely nothing for my hair. Feels like it rinses right off my hair as if I hadn't just conditioned it. It's really just terrible. Why change the formula and use the same bottles and labeling not alert your customers of a change? Did you think we wouldn't feel the difference? Seems so shady. I'm so so disappointed. Now to hunt for a different brand of shampoo and conditioner to see if I can find anything else that comes close to what the old formula of this did for the health, look and feel of my hair.

I was so happy to have finally found a shampoo and conditioner that worked so well, no build up, no frizz, always left my hair silky smooth…..until recently when the formula changed. As bad as this is to say it goes to show how bad the new formula is, so her goes it's no better than using the cheapest stuff in the store. Seriously might as well save my money and buy that crap cuz I don't understand why it would be changed when it was so perfect. Now I have to use like 18 pumps of conditioner and my hair still feels crunchy and gross. Please please please change it back!!!!!!!
