I wanted to tap into those childhood memories when my mum would make me hot cocoa whenever I had a snow day. I try to get all my friends/coworkers on board with regular consumption and not just around the holidays.

I make the hot chocolate with hot milk so that the Swiss Miss mixes well and then throw it in fridge to chill until I want it. It makes the best chocolate milk.
