[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I walked in with the Swiss miss of wanting a great cup of hot chocolate so I knew this brand would warm me up! Can't home with it and instantly made some warm milk and stirred in the greatness of the Swiss hot chocolate! Taste so smooth and creamy would recommend to anyone!

Very dissatisfied in the way my order with a delivery problem was handled. The carrier advised no such address or some such. Address was correct. When trying to rectify this, the only option given to me was that the order would be canceled and a refund issued. I stated I didn't want it canceled, I wanted the product thinking that Sam's would investigate and resolve. I was advised that I could place another order, however, I had no reason to believe a second order would result in a different outcome and, hence, would be a total waste of my time. Order was placed online due to it not being available in the store as it once was. I love Sam's and shop there regularly, but the service provided in handling this online purchase was very disappointing.

I absolutely love both varieties but there is something about watching the little marshmallows dance to the beat of chocolate and I want to always be a part of that rhythm. Swiss miss chocolate is the best and I consider it an all day everyday delicious treat that my entire family loves. We buy it in bulk because my family enjoys way too much for a few packets to last us. If you haven't tried it please run don't walk and enjoy some. You won't be disappointed.

Not only does it taste good, It cheers me up to smell it in my cup, hold it as it warms my hands, & has the same great taste, time after time! Swiss Miss is a delight to drink!

Hot water and one minute in the microwave and my day is off to a great start. Indulgent, not too sweet, and rich. No other mix comes close. (I've tried)
