[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We both Were pretty sick, with chills and needed hydration, a rest for our mood and comfort for our beat up system! We always have Swiss Miss in the house and we went through alot of it during those 10 miserable days. It provided the warmth and comfort that we couldn't give each other. And, it was the chocolate that I NEED to have every day! We buy it in the large canisters..which is very convenient and usually more cost effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regularly buy this product. Use it for hot chocolate, in brownies, chocolate ganache, coffee, cookies, chocolate flavored custard and pudding…. In short I always keep it stocked as I use it for multiple reasons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this hot chocolate!! It got me through a lot of cold, snowy days this year in college!! Super yummy and I would recommend! You can make it with either milk or water, and it's really convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hot chocolate takes me back to my childhood. It is the closest flavor to the homemade, cooked on the stove kind of hot chocolate that mommas made back in the day before the convience of prepackage hot chocolate was a thing. It's creamy richness can not be duplicated by any other brand as far as I'm concerned. If you are a chocolate lover, Swiss Miss is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought hot chocolate one day to have after playing in the snow. I begged my boyfriend to drink it, he said he hates hot chocolate. finally he tried it and ever since then he's had 2-3 cups a day. this was 2 months ago. probably not the healthiest to drink every single day, but it taste so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy this all year every year, but mostly indulge in the winter. I crave sweets more when it's cold, and this does the trick! I've tried many brands and always had to add in more to either have more chocolate, or make it sweeter. This brand is THE PERFECT amount of chocolate and sweet! It's so hard to find products that have that full flavor of sweetness your craving, and this is one I HIGHLY recommend.

Very dissatisfied in the way my order with a delivery problem was handled. The carrier advised no such address or some such. Address was correct. When trying to rectify this, the only option given to me was that the order would be canceled and a refund issued. I stated I didn't want it canceled, I wanted the product thinking that Sam's would investigate and resolve. I was advised that I could place another order, however, I had no reason to believe a second order would result in a different outcome and, hence, would be a total waste of my time. Order was placed online due to it not being available in the store as it once was. I love Sam's and shop there regularly, but the service provided in handling this online purchase was very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently hot a cup of Swiss Miss milk chocolate flavored hot chocolate. It was a nice treat for a cold winters day and easy to prepare by just adding water and microwaving. The milk chocolate flavor is sweet and gentler than a darker chocolate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this for years. Don't care about other brands. I mix with boiling water, then add about aquarter cup of milk. Used this product for years, meaning I gave it to my 3 girls. Still using, and I am in my 80's.
