I love this mix! I use the muffin recipe from the box to make a breakfast snack to take to work with me. I jazz up the recipe by adding Sam's Club Montmorency dried cherries and dark dutch chocolate. Yum!

I love this batter as waffles. Sometimes I add in chopped nuts and dates and raisins and have with coffee in the afternoon. Bake them nice and crisp and they are so good!!

High protein especially if made with milk and eggs and low on sugar and carbs compared to other brands. I feel good about giving this to my daughter before school and she loves them!

I love these Kodiak Cakes, but my package arrived leaking mix due to the fact that one of the bags inside bust completely open. This is very upsetting because I don’t usually have issues like this.

This mix is a healthier way to have pancakes/waffles for breakfast. It is made of more quality ingredients and a good source of fiber. And our grandkids love it as well.
