I love this Kodiak Power Cakes mix! It makes delicious, fluffy pancakes and you can add some of your favorite berries, if you like, to add a little variety. Great source of protein and delicious tasting!

This mix is a healthier way to have pancakes/waffles for breakfast. It is made of more quality ingredients and a good source of fiber. And our grandkids love it as well.

These are a must when dieting. I also do their frozen flapjacks and fluffy waffles. For these, just add blueberries and/or walnuts, and drizzle with agave syrup.

We LOVE Kodiak brand and this pancake mix is no exception. The pancakes always turn out fluffy and you can tell aren’t complete sugar like other brands. My kids love them and are clueless that they are a healthier option

Awesome mix. I love the protein content. I make sheet pan pancakes and switch up the mix ins regularly. Use a 1 to 1 ratio of the mix and whatever you want for liquid. I use water or milk and sometimes Greek yogurt. Bake for 20 mins at 350.

Love these anytime of day! Way more healthy than regular pancakes. Just can never find them in the store in Bossier City, LA. BTW, they make great waffles, also!!!

I love this mix! I use the muffin recipe from the box to make a breakfast snack to take to work with me. I jazz up the recipe by adding Sam's Club Montmorency dried cherries and dark dutch chocolate. Yum!
