At one time, I liked to go out for breakfast. But, since restaurant don't have whole grain Kodiak flapjacks, now, I would rather stay home so I can eat this brand of flapjacks. I think that says it all.

I prefer to make pancakes and waffles from scratch to ensure that they are healthy. When time and/or energy is short, these are a great option. And versatile. I added some mashed banana to use up some overripe banana I had. Delicious!

Love this pancake/waffle mix. Great way to get a good breakfast for my kids with the higher amount of protein. I also use milk and two eggs to add more protein. Kids love them

Kodiak cakes cannot be compared to a regular mix. The protein enriched mix doesn’t leave you feeling hungry a couple of hours later. So glad I was able to find a larger box,

My son makes these several mornings a week. He loves the taste and the higher protein than regular pancake mix. Love the bigger box with 3 separate pouches of mix.

These are very good and great for a nutrient dense meal/snack when I don’t have time to make something fresh. They even taste decent if you cook them ahead and eat them cold from the fridge!

We tried this mix today and everyone liked it! We mixed it up following the waffle directions and using milk instead of water. We cooked mini waffles and mini pancakes in "Dash" electric griddles. They turned out great! I tried to upload a picture, but it wouldn't let me. Our waffles did not split in the middle like one of the pictures displayed, they came out if the griddle perfectly!

The Kodiak power cakes- flapjack and waffle mix should be tried by everyone, but it also could be our secret. We have a small one-waffle waffle maker that we use each morning. We each have two eggs and 1/2 of the protein waffle for our power breakfast each morning. I have so much energy and stamina to get me through the morning. And it is delicious!

My favorite! I use the mix to make pancakes, waffles and pancake bread. My picky kids eat all of them. I often even make pancakes and waffles in bulk to freeze and pull out for quick and easy (and much healthier than store bought) breakfasts! I love the protein content and barely added sugar.
