I prefer to make pancakes and waffles from scratch to ensure that they are healthy. When time and/or energy is short, these are a great option. And versatile. I added some mashed banana to use up some overripe banana I had. Delicious!

More protein than other mixes. Recipes available on Kodiak website, I’ve made various Banana breads, muffins, treats! All fabulous. Even invented some of my own fruit & nut breads with Kodiak as the base.

My son makes these several mornings a week. He loves the taste and the higher protein than regular pancake mix. Love the bigger box with 3 separate pouches of mix.

Awesome mix. I love the protein content. I make sheet pan pancakes and switch up the mix ins regularly. Use a 1 to 1 ratio of the mix and whatever you want for liquid. I use water or milk and sometimes Greek yogurt. Bake for 20 mins at 350.

Love this pancake/waffle mix. Great way to get a good breakfast for my kids with the higher amount of protein. I also use milk and two eggs to add more protein. Kids love them

At one time, I liked to go out for breakfast. But, since restaurant don't have whole grain Kodiak flapjacks, now, I would rather stay home so I can eat this brand of flapjacks. I think that says it all.

Kodiak pancake mix is by far the best pancake mix that we have ever tried. We’ve tried many others but this one is the best one so far. The pancakes are soft and moist.

Love these anytime of day! Way more healthy than regular pancakes. Just can never find them in the store in Bossier City, LA. BTW, they make great waffles, also!!!

I love this Kodiak Power Cakes mix! It makes delicious, fluffy pancakes and you can add some of your favorite berries, if you like, to add a little variety. Great source of protein and delicious tasting!
