I enjoyed making my protein pancakes fresh. They are handy and only require the same amount of water to mix. Easy and tasty. My kind of breakfast.

At the moment this is the only pancake mix I am willing to buy. It is one of the few that do not contain aluminum in their ingredients.

I love that these are a healthy alternative to traditional pancakes -- and taste just as good. And it's a versatile product -- you can make it with water, milk, almond milk; add nuts, fruit, pumpkin, etc. --- I don't feel guilty eating these.

The flavor is so good on these Kodiak Cakes and we love to add chopped pecans and frozen or fresh blueberries and sometimes other fruit, just depending on the mood. Really do like this brand.

A high protein whole grain option, we eat every morning now, in the form of waffles (I can pop the batter in the iron and walk away, not having to tend them like pancakes). Also makes a good high protein muffin!

My family absolutely loves these pancakes! They are delicious and fulfilling. Even my young children request them and get full after a couple small cakes.
