More protein than other mixes. Recipes available on Kodiak website, I’ve made various Banana breads, muffins, treats! All fabulous. Even invented some of my own fruit & nut breads with Kodiak as the base.

Great product and easy to use. Suggest using more water than indicated. Just enough to make it pourable. Makes really giid tasting pancakes. Highly recommend.
