We love these mushrooms. Whether in soups and sauces or just as topping for a pizza, these little mushrooms are great. You may prefer fresh mushrooms for salads but for.anything you're cooking grab a can of these beauties. You wont be disappointed.

Good to have in a pinch or for certain cooking recipes! They are soft as is the case with most canned vegetables and fruit. Not what I'd want to use, for example, for my fresh crispy mushrooms in a salad or for dips on a crudités platter.

Great quality and flavor. I drain them , let them air dry a while and I use them as a fresh pizza topping. The mushrooms are flavorful in many other food dishes too.

Excellent quality. We use these as pizza topping, sauteed, in casseroles and even minced as a meat replacement for pasta sauces. Delicious mushroom flavor without being too salty or earthy.

I keep these mushrooms in the pantry to use when I run out of fresh mushrooms.I'd love to find canned sliced mushrooms rather than these stems and pieces.

I like cookind with mushrooms. They are labeled stems and pieces but it is mostly slices. Very good purchase. This is the second time I've ordered this brand. Add to that, the convenience of shipped to my door I am verry pleased.
