I buy by the case, as it's a handy size (4oz) for adding to dinners, gravies, stews, etc. The texture is good (not rubbery), size convenient and priced right! No complaints here!

These mushrooms are great. I add mushrooms to everything I can so to be able to have them on hand is perfect. Way better than buying a can or two each time you go to the store.

Nice flavor and texture. Good quality for the price. The pieces vary greatly in size. They need to be chopped to provide uniformity. Works well in cooking but not suitable for dishes where attractive presentation is desired.

This is a good option for adding mushrooms to a cooked dish without the need for sauté-ing. Being canned, it eliminates the need for keeping fresh mushrooms on-hand that can spoil in a relatively short period.

Damaged and dented cans in this home delivery. Half the cans were dented. Excellent and easy return to the store so I have no complaints. This brand is ordinarily good.

Excellent quality. We use these as pizza topping, sauteed, in casseroles and even minced as a meat replacement for pasta sauces. Delicious mushroom flavor without being too salty or earthy.

Entire case of mushrooms were black! We opened them so we weren’t able to return. We tossed and purchased another brand. Which were perfect. Not sure if these were stored in correctly but will not buy these again.

Good to have in a pinch or for certain cooking recipes! They are soft as is the case with most canned vegetables and fruit. Not what I'd want to use, for example, for my fresh crispy mushrooms in a salad or for dips on a crudités platter.

Giorgio mushroom stems and pieces are definetely a staple in our house. I use them for so many dishes and am so happy that I can easily get them from Sam's Club.
