Great taste for being in a can and not fresh. I drain the water off and put them on my cutting board to chop the large pieces. Then add them in last since they're processed.

These are getting pricey but a quality product. I've bought the organic last time and they are actually a better taste. But they are starting to price themselves out of my range. Both of them.
