A friend gave me a box of this to try and now I won’t use anything else. I no longer have to struggle with heavy trash from the clay litter. It is long lasting because the litter bonds to the urine and encloses the poo so I only have to throw out a minimal amount of product rather than the entire box of litter after a day or two of use like I did with clay litter. This lightweight litter costs more but since it lasts longer and I don’t have to lift heavy bags anymore nor breathe in dust every time I pour it in the litter boxes, I will gladly pay more.

Great Product. I am an elder so the normal 40 lb buckets/packages are too heavy for me to handle. This product is light weight and clumps well. The clumps hold up well in my two cat household. The only issue I have is that it seems to track a little more than what I used to use. But the lighter weight offsets any issue with the tracking. It also works well in my Litter-Robot.

I was very happy with this cat litter when I first started using it. It's lightweight, decent smell, low dust,etc. It wasn't until my fur baby jumped on my lap when I realized the issue with this litter. It was everywhere! It looks like it was painted on my cat's paws. His black paws are now white. The litter is all over everything. Gross!! I have never had this issue with cat litter. Not even with the cheapest stuff you can buy. I have a mat under the litter box for my fur babies to wipe their paws and it does nothing. Back to Hardball or Fresh Step for me.

Wow. I use a lot of different types of litter looking for a good brand since we have to keep our box fairly close to our living area and out in the open too. I’ve used other types of this Tidy Cats brand and this specific one works way better than the rest. I can’t tell there is a litter box around! Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with this litter. Best feature is the lightweight because it makes it much easier to purchase and later to dispose of. If not for lightweight I would like to save money and purchase regular. It does ok on odor control. The cats seem adept and tracking it over the house.

This stuff is AWFUL! Not only does it stick to the litter box something terrible, the cats track it everywhere due to how lightweight it is. They get the clay dust on like paint and smear that everywhere too. I wish I wouldn’t have spent the money on this garbage.

I have 3 cats and upgrading to the Light Weight litter was worth every penny. The difference is especially noticeable every week when the trash bag is significantly lighter. It clumps perfectly so it cleans up nicely. I also don't mind hauling the box around. I've been using it since it showed up at Sam's Club and will continue to use it. Very pleased.

I usually buy the lightweight, unscented version of Tidy Cat which I really like but ended up with this one when the store was out of stock of the other. I’ve used it once and the smell—of the clean litter—is so incredibly strong that you can smell it through the whole house. It gives me a headache several rooms away, so I can only imagine what it’s doing to my poor cat who actually has to use it. It’s unmistakably the smell of a scented cat litter, which no air freshener will cover, and I can’t imagine anyone wants their house to smell like that. To top it off, it’s one of the worst I’ve tried, clumping-wise.

This litter is awesome! I’ve used all kinds of litter over the years, fresh step, tidy cats, crystals, etc... tidy cat is my brand favorite and this is my favorite type they produce! So much so I am leaving a review! It’s light! And the clumping power is great! It doesn’t crumble apart when you scoop it! So no little clump chunk pieces!!! Odor control is good and it stays in the box pretty good! I recommend you try it! (I have 2 male cats)

I really like this tidy cat for my multiple cat home. It works great and I love the lighter weight since I need to use it in many areas. It helps keeping odors down plus there is very little dust. The clumping stays solid so easier to keep boxes cleaner. A great product!
