It's wonderful to have a tidy cat litter that actually clumps so I can remove the pee pods from the litter boxes. The original heavy version had stopped doing that months ago. I'm totally satisfied with this lightweight version. It does track on the cats' feet but I'd prefer to sweep the floor more often than not be able to keep the litter boxes clean. It's nice that it's not as heavy and is low dust which is great for the cats and me.

It’s amazing. Very lightweight! In the container, in their boxes, and even when full of pee. Taking out the mess is so much easier. My only complaint is the smell. It’s VERY fragrant. Better than smelly smells but my senior kitty has been coughing and sneezing since we switched. I’m not sure if I can keep buying this. His health is more important than my conveniences.

Wal Mart doesn't seem to have World's Best online anymore,so I ordered this product. It smells like laundry detergent to me. I have since read reviews that say that it is causing respiratory problems in cats. For that reason, I am only using it in one litter box and can only give it 3 stars until I know for sure that it is safe to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this to be convenient (less weight) for carrying and scooping, and often good odor control and clumping. I don’t notice a difference in dustiness. Unsure if this tracks more than regular tidy cat litter.

We have 2 large cats that like to dig! The smell of this litter is great. The clumping is also great. The problem is that so much gets outside of the box from the digging. They fling it like crazy! I need to sweep their area 2 or 3 times a day compared to once a day with traditional litter. I do like the clumping and smell better though. What’s a girl to do?? :)

TIDY CAT is switching from plastic pails to cardboard containers and charging the same amount. They don't understand how hard it is for seniors like me to recycle cardboard. All recyclers that I know of insist you break down and cut down your cardboard and make it flat to recycle. That is a much bigger job than just tossing one or two plastic pails into your recycling bin besides I have an idea to recycle these plastic pails another way by making them in to cheap but functional cat trees. Get a great big strong wooden post and make little ledges for them to set on PLUS actually attaching 3 or so to the post....maybe knocking out the closed end on one or two....if I were crafty I would come up with a template for this idea but possibly, if there are still woodworking classes in highshools this would be a good way for the woodworkers to earn some money and only charge maybe $25 to cover the equipment to make them and make some additional money for their club or for them, themselves. So as long as Walmart can get these light weight, low dust or dust free Tidy Cat plastic pails of litter I will be purchasing a minimum of 3 to 4 every 4 to 5 weeks or so. Thank you!

so much easier to handle than regular litter! and the scent is amazing without being too much, in my opinion. really cuts down on the litter box smell. the one drawback is that the cats track it EVERYWHERE because it is so lightweight. so i am constantly sweeping.

Have used a lot of diff kitty litter over the decades we’ve had cats (all rescues or strays we took in). This stuff is the best so far as it’s lightweight %26 lasts longer than others we’ve tried. It’s also more reasonably priced than a lot of comparable litters!

Very Light weight to carry. Scooping out letterbox much easier, it takes about half the time of regular clumping litters. I have seven cats, they ALL love it as much as we do!! Keeps urine and feces smell down. Great Product! Will definitely keep buying it!!

Pros: very light weight, low dust, good clumps, doesn't stick to litter box, controls odor very well. Cons: I have long-haired cats and this sticks to their fur -a lot-, harder to scoop, took a few days for my cats to get used to it. Since I have other other boxes, it wasn't a big deal. While the container is convenient, it's not environmentally friendly.
