So much easier to transport from store to home,easier to lift and pour into the litter box and a lot less mess from the cats feet tracking it into the room.The odor control from Tidy Cats is superior to ALL other brands of litter! I have 4 cats and multiple litter boxes and yet there is no odor in my house from them. Tidy Cats is my number one choice for litter!

I purchased this litter to see if it would be compatible with my multiple cat household, as litter pan scooping is often a heavy chore. While this is not exactly the best fit for a multiple cat household, it has worked well for our cat who utilized a litter box in his own space.

I have been reading about this product for several months and was thrilled when I finally saw it in the store. The plastic jug is so light weight! Makes lugging it up to my 3rd floor apartment so easy! Then when I actually used the litter I was very impressed with the clumping ability and the amazing ease it took to scoop the litter out. So not only is it light weight to carry it is light weight to clean and scoop from the box. Also, I think the litter stays much cleaner than the regular clumping Tidy Cats. It is pretty dusty but I will take that with all the other positives! I disagree with another review I read--I do not think it tracks as badly as the regular litter.

I got a free sample delivered to my door. It works well in my robo -boxes and the cats are not avoiding the boxes with this litter in them. But the scent is very strong and it makes the bathroom smell musty. If I could get it in an unscented version, I would buy it but I won't buy the scented version. And it's about 25% more expensive than the lightweight, unscented litter I have been using and the cats ador.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swithed to Tidy Cats mostly because of the low dust. I love my cats, but do not like the litter because of all the dust. Tidy Cats has very little dust and still clups for easy clean up. Tidy Cats also control the oder too.

My 2 cats have been using this for 1 day the litter tracks everywhere. Even after walking 30 feet to my bedroom granules of litter were still dropping from my cat's paws when he jumped on the bed. My cats are short hairs and do not kick litter out of the oversized litter box. I have swept up the litter twice, I would rather lift something a bit heavier than spend so much time with a broom in my hand.

I called Litter Maid litter box company and recommend the light weight litter to use. Tried 3 different types of litter they recommend and it still bog down and the rake would get stuck and not go all the way thru. I bought this tidy cat light weight and have had NO problems especially because I have 1 cat and 2 kittens. Best product to use if you have a litter maid system.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tidy Cats Lightweight little blocks the ammonia odors pretty darn well. I usually buy the regular Tidy Cats litter and decided to give this litter a try and it works well. It's easy to scoop and when the clumps break, they ammonia odor is pretty well neutralized.

We couldn't have have been happier to see the new lightweight product. Unfortunately, after 2 purchases, we won't buy again. Despite saying 99.9% dust free, it's the first time our cat has tracked white litter dust throughout the house on dark floors and it looks like a mushroom cloud when you scoop. Also, the scent is so strong it's like living in a box of tide detergent. We can't get away from it and my wife's allergic. (The litter box is about 25 feet away from our bed in a bathroom, but the soap smell is overwhelming).

Very, very dusty.  Makes a "fog" when scooping.  Everything in my laundry room is covered in dust even though I vacuum around the litter box  and mop the floor regularly.  I have to wipe down the counter, cabinets, and washer and dryer. Like that it is lightweight but all the dust is too much.  It is definitely  NOT 99.9 % dust free.
