I just purchased this product as a test and I am not impressed at all! Even though it didn't come in scent free form, I thought I'd test it (I live in a 3 floor walk up on the top floor and heaving 30+ boxes of litter is a pain). The perfume factor is way too strong. Cats do not like scented litter (again, I bought it as a test). The dust factor is ridiculous, it's like smoke when pouring it, which translates into breathing and tasting the dust, if you're not wearing a mask. The litter itself seems to clump OK. But once the cat leaves the box it's a trail of tears for me as I am constantly sweeping up the trail of litter left by kitty paws. I have a mat down to catch the litter, but this stuff clings to or in my cat's paws, maybe due to it's lightweight consistency (like styrofoam balls), and I have a trail that's spans the length of my condo.

I switched over from the regular, heavy Tidy Cats, and am very happy with it. The only downside would be that it lets loose more dust (I have dark hardwood floors, so it's more noticeable then when I had tile) than the heavy TC. Overall, great! Better clumping as well.

Worst litter I have ever had. My cats track this all over the house and furniture with white prints. I have had to wash the floors every single day. In 14 years this has never happened until I bought this litter. Tidy? Is that a joke? I’m not laughing. Never again.

This litter was stocked in an end cap for $7.98 and I decided to give it a try since it advertises new clumping technology and I thought it was a reasonable price. Not!!! The litter performs the same as regular litter and without me realizing until I got home, I was charged $12.98 at the register. Save your money!!!

I have three older cats who are not particularly "tidy" in their litter box behavior. The lighter weight litter doesn't seem to stick their feet as much as the regular litter, so they don't track it around as much. It is dustier than I like, however. It gets dustier while it is in the box! Overall, it is an improvement though.

It has a,fresh scent that doesn't mask the smell yet seems to eliminate the odor all together! I am very pleased with the scooping ease as well!

There is virtually no smell, it lasts much longer, and it's so much easier to carry. Thanks Pinchme, I'll be purchasing again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly lightweight and makes cleaning out the litter box at lot easier. I always had to struggle to dump it out before but not with this litter. It is low dust, clumps pretty well, and does help keep the smell down. I would say the only downfall I have noticed is the tracking, it sticks to my cats paws and she tracks it all through the house.

I generally buy the full-weight TidyCats litter for multiple cats, but though I would give my arms and shoulders a break from hauling the jugs up and downstairs. It really is a light-weight cat litter, but unfortunately it doesn't mask the urine smell properly. So, back to the drawing board for me.

My current litter does not cover odor at all even though I was changing it literally everyday! Tidy cats changed all of my odor problems! It is a lightweight litter but strong enough to do the job! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new litter!
