I tried this litter for the first time a month ago. I have always used Tidy Cat, but was intrigued by how light the box was to carry! This litter in incredible! All the wet and dirty comes out in huge clumps, no wet particles let behind. There is no smell left behind either. I love it....and I am sold on it. Worth the extra for it!

I just don't think you can't get around the tracking issue--cats are going to track--we all have to deal with that.  What I LOVED about this is that the urine was clumped and not wet when I scoop it out--it's dried in a nice clump, easier to remove and it smells nice! I have two cats using the same box, so it gets used a lot and the smell is so much better with this litter. Also, when I go to change out the litter, the liner and the litter is SOOOO much easier to manage--so much lighter--easier to change for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wasn't impressed with this kind of tidy cats litter. The dust was lower but i feel that they should have stuck to a few major things it would do well. It really did not clump that well at all and didn't cover the smells that good.

I bought this litter when I had surgery, and had a lifting restriction. We have found that Tidy Cats is the only litter that clumps every time, and actually works to cover the smell! And having two cats, there can be a smell! Also, using the Lightweight with Glade, it smells mix well with the Glade plug ins we have!

Was anxious to try this since my wife has trouble buying the regular litter due to its weight. But, though it clumps very well, it tracks terribly. I think its lightness results in it sticking to fur and between their toes. It was all over our house. Our cat would violently shake his paws as he walked to try and dislodge it. I tossed the litter in the box and through out the unused and went back to the regular.

I bought this recently to give a try because of it's weight. I have problems with my hands and thought I would give this a try. I have used tidy cat for many, many years thru multiple cats but this is the worst litter I have ever tried. It doesn't clump as well as the other ones, and my poor cat has tracked it over the entire house, including every bed/site she sleeps in! More expensive and definitely not worth it. I will stick to the other Tidy Cat even if it's harder for me to carry.

My hubby bought the lightweight since my grocery store was out of the 24/7 scoop able when I was shopping earlier. My first experience was when I went to scoop the box was the added fragrance is so strong, there is no advertising of that on the package either. I have a cat with a sensitive nose and she will refuse most scented litters, my main reason for purchasing tidy cat brands. Then the amount of dust trying to scoop the box is toxic I could help inhaling it I feel awful for my cats. It does clump well but that's the only nice thing I can say about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought tidy cats before and was not HUGELY impressed. But this new formula has changed the game. I have two cats and the smell of ammonia can get overwhelming pretty quick. This new tidy cats light weight has stopped that smell and the clumps are awesome!!

I could no longer lift the economy size of scoopable litter due to back problems. I would have to buy a smaller, more expensive package. This litter allows me to carry the more economical size package of litter. The cats do track a few more particles on the floor as the litter bits are slightly larger than regular scoopable litter. However, all litter tracks out of the litter box some. Therefore, I have to sweep a bit anyway. The cats had a little adjusting as the feel of the litter is a bit different. But, it didn't stop them from using the litter box. The bags of used litter are so much easier to carry to the trash. And, the litter box is so much lighter to lift that I can easily move the litter box to clean it. Love this litter option. The only problems is that stores can't keep it on the shelves. Clumps like sand and breaks apart into large sticky wet globs. My litter scoop is now covered in wet litter as this totally sticks to it. Wish they would bring back the Sam's brand litter to my store, I have not seen it in months and this stuff is terrible
