I bought a small container of this to try it and I'm glad I didn't spend a lot. I'll start with the positive - I love the clumping of this litter! Sadly that's the only good thing. The dust is awful and the litter is so light weight it doesn't stay in the box! I had it all over my laundry room in 24 hours. Back to the drawing board Tidy Cats - you're better than this...

I truly love this cat litter. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and this litter is so easy for me to carry up all the flights of stairs. It noticed it is a little dusty but other litters are worse. It clumps well and it is easy to clean the litter pans.

I was at first excited to pick up a light weight one and try it out because it wasn't heavy! but it wasn't clumping and drying and my cats were stepping on it and getting in on their feet and all down my hall. I will for sure just stick with the Tidy Cats litter. Just not the Light Weight one.

This litter does an incredible job. It's extremely lightweight and it clumps very hard so the urine balls don't stick to the side of the box. It doesn't make a lot of dust. BUT... it has so much perfume my cats reek of it. It would be absolutely perfect if it came in an unscented version.

If you pour this out with sunlight shining through your window you will see the dust that comes from this cat litter, I would say 75 to 80 per percent dust free but not 99.9, an I also have pictures of the dust on my glass end tables an coming up from the litter box, also it tracks everywhere, on the plus side it does clump great an controls the smell very good, still way better dust control than any other brand an that's why I would still recommend it, minus one star for dust an one star for tracking, get the dust under control an I would give another star, not to worried about the tracking, also my cat loves this brand

I tried this litter this month. While it clumps really well, and is certainly very light weight, I find the odor very objectionalble. I'm amazed the cats are using it. We had some house guests over the weekend, so the litter was moved from the basement to my small 1/2 bath. I could hardly stand the odor. (not the cat waste, but the overly strong perfumed scent.)

I purchased this product approx 4 weeks ago. After initially loving the lightness of the litter, my delight quickly turned to disappointment. The litter sticks in between the pads on my cat's feet, as well as binding to her fur. She is 12 years old, and when I noticed her limping, I quickly checked it out. Imagine my surprise when I found all of this litter in her poor feet. I'm also concerned because she kept licking her feet to free herself of this litter, and I'm sure she ingested some along the way. I've also had it with the litter being all over my home. It's in the carpets, on the floors. No matter how often I sweep and vacuum, I'm constantly stepping on little pebbles. Not a good litter

I tried the Lightweight Tidy Cats litter for the first time recently. While I appreciated the significantly lighter weight than other litter and could lift and carry with ease, I found that it didn't last as long. Clumps well. Neutralized odor sufficiently.

I have bought and used this litter a couple of times now. I do love the light weight and ease of scooping. However, the pieces of litter seem to travel a lot further. The room where the litterbox is located has litter all over the floor, and pieces of the stuff travel with my cats all the way to my bedroom and everywhere in between! I would still recommend it, though. Just more sweeping and vacuuming involved.

When we bought our 2 Maincoon kitty's we had to try lots of litter because of my breathing issues. Tidy Cat won 3 years ago. I just got light weight Tidy Cat litter and I hate it! The dust is bad, I can not breath when cleaning it every day, it sticks to the cat fur so the litter is all over and it does doesn't work on the poop smell. Waist of money!!! I will stick with the normal Tidy Cat litter it is the best.
