I have been purchasing the lightweight product since the beginning and am totally satisfied. This product has a great clumping ability and is so much easier to carry and use from the pails. The pails are also reusable for a variety of household chores.

I tried this in one litter box first. So easy to clean and light!!! That corner of my house does not have litter box smell any more!!! Litter clumps do not break apart! Taking the trash out on trash day is a lot lighter!!! Needless to say within a week both litter boxes have Purina Tidy Cats Scoop Pure Nature Alternative Cat Litter in them!! With cleaning one litter box with regular Tidy Cats Litter and one with the new for a week, I found Purina Tidy Cats Scoop Pure Nature Alternative Cat Litter was no more dustier than regular Tidy Cat Litter. I have not found that I have Kitty Litter tracked all over my house. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since I filled the first litter box... still using the same litter and have topped it off once! Still fresh and like new! I am definitly spending less money in the long run!

The litter is much lighter as is promised and I notice much less odor with it however the note at the bottom that says it is "99.9%' dust free is a blatant lie. If this litter is 99.9% dust free I am a flying iguana. I have never had any litter ever that had more dust than this does. after pouring it you might as well have smashed two enormous chalkboard erasers in your face and after is is used it is not much better. so, all in all if you are willing to dust your house every time you use it in exchange for lighter weight and slightly better odor control then this is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats love this litter! They always check out their litter box when II add new litter and immediately have to use their box. I love that it doesn't get smelly as quickly as other brands, and it's easy to carry up the steps.

I purchased this product approx 4 weeks ago. After initially loving the lightness of the litter, my delight quickly turned to disappointment. The litter sticks in between the pads on my cat's feet, as well as binding to her fur. She is 12 years old, and when I noticed her limping, I quickly checked it out. Imagine my surprise when I found all of this litter in her poor feet. I'm also concerned because she kept licking her feet to free herself of this litter, and I'm sure she ingested some along the way. I've also had it with the litter being all over my home. It's in the carpets, on the floors. No matter how often I sweep and vacuum, I'm constantly stepping on little pebbles. Not a good litter

The Lightweight formula works great for my cats. I can go twice as long w/ doing a full litter change out now. So the "extra" expense makes up for itself. Plus, now it's convenient in that I don't have to kill my back. Works good for odor too. A+

This Litter is great as far as the weight, I even like that it is lightly scented. BUT, This stuff does not perform like the original. The Urine goes to the bottom of the litter box and sticks to it. It also sticks to cats paws and gets tracked all over. Switching back. Not happy at all after buying 2 jugs of this stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tidy Cats Lightweight litter is great but I feel as its a little high priced. I already buy Tidy Cats litter just not the lightweight brand. I do however like that it's easier to get at the store and easier to get into my house because of its light weight.

I wanted a lighter weight litter and the Light Weight is really great, but I notice the odor much more than I did with other heavier litter. I also feel that the litter gets on the floor easier. For one thing the cats seem to toss it out of the box since it is so light. I was surprised that other people think that it's great for odor. I doubt that I got a bad container of litter.
