I bought this litter because of the lighter weight of the product, that is about the only good point it has. It took only one day to realize that it also is light enough to stick to my cat's fur and be deposited all over the house, it doesn't matter what size of mat I put down to collect what may be on their paws it still tracks all over the place, it seems to be even worse in winter with the drier air, it is also very dusty which can't be healthy for my cats. Back to the regular kind for me.

I thought this was a great idea until I tried it for my cats. I ended up with litter everywhere in the house, on furniture, beds, etc. and more importantly, one of my cats was so distressed, she urinated outside the box, something she has never done. I changed out the litter and everything went back to normal.

I am a Tide cats litter user with multiple cats and this litter is terrible. I do not like the strong scent or how the litter is diminished after a few cats use the box. I do not recommend this litter. I am sticking with the Tidy cats heavy weight clumping litter.

I left an earlier review with a higher rating. Now after using it for a short time my expectations of this product fell totally flat. The litter stuck to my cat's paws which couldn't be washed off, the smell was overbearing and the stuff was tracked all over the house, pretty much every where my cat walked - including my desk! What a mess! Also, the stuff didn't clump where the cat urinated - it turned to cement. I couldn't wash the litter scoop without it getting harder. I would never purchase this again and again using plain old Tidy Cat. I am going to try the multiple cat deodorizer which I think I can control the strength of the scent myself.

We tried this in multiple scents, and our cats just sling it all over. we have 2 litter boxes and put the standard litter in one and the other had this lightweight style. The regular style was used as expected, but the lightweight was just dug in and tossed all over. I think they were not impressed.

Loved the light weight idea but the dust is still an issue in my house. I also agree with other reviews. My cats track this litter all over the house. They even walk down an entire set of carpeted steps and leave litter at the bottom on my wooden floors. Love the light weight, though!! Easy to scoop also. :)

I love this litter -- and I have tried many different litters. Growing up, we always used a clay litter for our cats and when I got my own I did the same. Eventually the dust that was everywhere was too much because I didn't have a space that was just for the cats, I needed something else. Thinking that dust was my only issue, I tried a pine litter - the cats thought it was torture when I tried to scratch their paws in it, and then I bought an expensive corn litter that they didn't mind. I was in love with the litter at first, but after two months of using this corn litter and the unpleasant smells it doesn't eliminate, the not so clumpy clumps I had to try and scoop, and the gnats that were always present weren't working for me. The final straw I had with the corn litter was that my cats started going outside the box. I am very patient cat mom and made sure they were healthy, started cranberry supplements for potential UTI's, cleaned their box daily, and made their worlds as stress free as possible and it was still happening. I ventured to my local store and figured I would give this a try, none of my cat-loving friends were too thrilled about any of the litter they used, and this one had not been tested! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase needless to say. There have been no messes on the floor (one of my cats ran to the box the first time I put it in and it looked like he was just given all the beef liver in the world -- he is a bit of a tub), almost no dust (when poured slowly and evenly across the pan), most all of the smell is eliminated (if I could only get one of my cats to learn to cover their potty), and it is so light, making it easier to purchase and use. I couldn't be happier!

Hands down the best tasting cat litter on the market today! Most of the other litters are so crunchy and hurt my teeth, but this formula is so smooth! The flavors are pretty awesome, too, so floral and bold! After a week of use, it gets a little stale, probably from the cats walking around in it, but hey, they leave me little chocolate nuggets as a bonus!

My mom recommended and I tried. Love the decreased weight as I live upstairs. However in our multi cat household it was paws down. Out of box boycotting. Blened with regular tidy cat. Same results. Did not like the texture and did not seem to clump as hard. Wonderful concept and I applaud the effort but it was a no go.
