This litter is the WORST! And I've tried it all. I was so excited to be able to get a lightweight litter in bulk but I won't buy this again. It doesn't mask the smell at all. Cat urine and cat poo are what we smell almost constantly while using it. Also, it tracks EVERYWHERE! I just vacuumed and mopped my house yesterday evening (wood floors) and this morning there are litter particles in every single room in the house. Ridiculous!!! The only thing that's good about this litter is the color. The other main lightweight brand is so dark it constantly looks muddy. But that's not enough to redeem this litter. The smell and the CONSTANT TRACKING throughout the house is awful. I will not buy again!!! Don't buy this unless you like litter sticking to your feet and vacuuming several times a day.

[Employee of purina] I really like tidy cat. From the super easy pour spout, the fresh smell, and the clumping up of ... poo & pinkle. Now I've tried the new light weight and wow, everything I like in the original and now I can get and carry it without the hassle. Yep Great Stuff

[Employee of purina] works well absorbing odor, clumps well, and is weight wise wonderful the problem I have is that it sticks in the cats paws and is the worst litter I have ever seen for tracking, it is everywhere, the litter box is down stairs but there is litter on all my furniture upstairs where ever the cat goes there is litter everywhere constantly vacuuming. For this reason I do not like it.

I bought this for the obvious benefit, the weight. Well, that was the only benefit. The cloud of dust this litter generates literally covered EVERYTHING in the room the litter is in. I only have one cat. I had to regularly clean everything, tv, book shelf, treadmill, picture frames, just everything that the dust could land on. I'm too frugal to throw it away so I used all but the last bit and cleaned on last time. Then I got regular Tidy Cat and its much better. I will never buy this again and I would not recommend it for anyone.

It really is light weight I have two kittens. Omg they're stinky. I tried some super expensive stuff from PetSmart that was worthless, smelt like lavender cat pee. I have the litter box that you roll and dump the clumps from the scoop, and it works great in it.

Yes, the box is lightweight... that's the end of the positive part of this review. This stuff is so messy. it is so light, I'm convinced that the cats arent even aware that it is on their paws or fur... they track it EVERYWHERE. since changing to this cat litter, I have found cat litter in place I have never seen it before. It just goes everywhere. And I'm not just complaining about a little litter, I'm talking about a size able portion of litter on the next level up in my house. I will never buy this junk again. It doesn't even really do a good a job, it has poor odor control, and is mediocre at clumping.

Definitely lightweight but makes an awful mess and tracks everywhere. My family began breaking out because the cat sleeps in all of our beds and on the couch during the day. Literally every surface in the house the cat touched, there would be litter residue. It was so gross. Ever since switching litters, we have quit breaking out and no more tracking. Not worth dealing with mess just because it’s lightweight in my opinion.
