My grandson drink a PediaSure every morning because he is ADHD and he have to take medication every day. Once he take the medication he don't want to eat. By giving him the PediaSure shake. I know he gotten complete balance of nutrition. Also his Doctor said he wasn't growing. By giving him a PediaSure shake every morning help with his grow as well. PediaSure is an excellent source of nutrition for children.

My son cannot tolerate carrageenan (or any other thickener/emulsifier) and he is underweight. We are so glad to have found this powdered version. I wish more stores would carry it. The liquid PediaSure was a no go for us. He would get terrible diarrhea with the liquid and we had to stop. This powder version does not contain any Carrageenan, PS-80 or those nasty Gums. He has been drinking it for a month now without any issues.

My son struggles with sensory issues and has a limited number of food that he will eat. He loves drinking PediaSure because it tastes great and as his mom I have the peace of mind and knowing that he is getting the nutrients in his shake that he is not getting in his daily food intake.

My 3 year old son has several health problems. He was put on pediasure when we were at children's hospital and he loved it. For over a year that was his main source of vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories! Because of pediasure, we didn't have to have a feeding tube put in him. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recommended by my daughters pediatrician we’ve been using the strawberry shake, she loves it. Begs for it to be in her milk every day, she finds it on the counter and points to it. It dissolves easily which is great- no clumps and she seems to be gaining weight so it must be working!!

All flavors of Pediasure caused my son to puke after every meal. He liked the taste, but strawberry in particular was disgusting once puked. Laundry generally needed to be washed at least three times to remove the reek. Chocolate was also extra bad, as it stained any clothes that were puked on.

My son has always been tiny and hovered around the 8th-10th percentile on weight charts. After his pediatrician recommended Pediasure I bought the ready-made and he literally threw the cup across the room (think it had to much of a protein drink flavor). Thank goodness for the powder though. We bought a can of the powder to mix in his regular cup of milk. A scoop of the vanilla (as well as a scoop of a chocolate breakfast shake powder for flavor) in a cup of whole milk twice a day is the ONLY thing that has kept my almost 4yo at 30lbs and up to the 12th percentile. He asks for his cup because he loves it so much. My only recommendations is 1) Make a Chocolate flavor as well ( I hate the sugar in the other powder I have to use in conjunction.) and 2) Please don't stop producing the powder. It is on the expensive side but more cost efficient than ready-made and my son loves it. Thank you Pediasure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all of the vitamins and nutrients in this item. I do wish however it would mix down better and not be so clumpy. I tried it with milk and water, hot and cold to remove this texture from it. The taste wasn’t that bad to me but my kids personally hated it and refused to drink it. Perhaps maybe the liquid form would be easier or with less picky children.

My youngest son was born eight weeks premature due to a medical condition I developed during my pregnancy. He was very small and on many medications when he finally came home at three months old. By the time he turned one year old, his dietician and I decided to try him on Pediasure for the extra calories. He was a very picky eater due to sensory issues he had. He would only eat dry, crunchy foods and I was concerned that he wasn’t getting all of the nutrients he needed. We used Pediasure Peptide and had great success. He is now two years old and he weighs twenty five pounds. He has a cup of “milk” with every meal. The Pediasure Peptide worked great with his GI issues and never caused him any problems. I do highly recommend this as a supplement.
