I have more energy and have slowly lost a few pounds, which I need to do. Ensure in the evening before bed ensures a good night sleep for me. I feel relaxed knowing I have cared for my nutrients. My daughter lost a lot of weight because of a health problems so I have been supplying her with Ensure. She loves the flavor and the results of getting her strenght back. I drink 4 a day recommended by her because I don’t eat but once a day. They give me the vitamins and protein needed . So anyone going through treatment should try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If they are out of ensure vanilla I get ensure vanilla plus. This one is my favorite. I drink ensure to get the vitamins and minerals that I don't get from the food I eat. I drink at least 2 a day but usually more.. Absolutely love ensure.

My favorite flavor is the vanilla, followed by strawberry. I plan to use this to gain weight, but as others have stated before, could you make one with more calories? A 500 calorie Ensure drink would be absolutely perfect and help people who are trying to gain weight, not just maintain it. Also, lowering the price or making bigger bottles would help since the product is expensive for how many you actually get in a pack.

The ease of just reaching for a bottle of Dark Chocolate that's a meal in and of itself, with the BONUS of great taste, can't be overestimated. I've also recently discovered the Coffee Latte flavor in the Regular formula, and THAT may soon become my new nutritional obsession. Can't do without my Ensure!

When paying a premium price you expect a certain level of quality. This chocolate flavor is just awful. Doesn't really taste like chocolate. I don't expect it to be perfect but at least close. This brand is the most expensive one out there. I can't be the only one that noticed this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the strawberry flavor the best. For Plus, the extra protein isnt that noticable in flavor in strawberry which is why I like it the best. Its a yummy flavor with a nice boost of energy that keeps me full.
