[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't like using products like this but, as an 83 year old man who has lost a lot of weight, my doctor strongly recommended. I found that I do enjoy it and will drink at least one, sometimes two, of them a day. I like all the flavors, but butter pecan is my favorite. I'm not sure that I'm gaining weight, but I do feel that my energy level has increased.

Great source of balanced nutrition, doesn't fill me up so I can still eat normally with it, awesome mixed with coldbrew.

I try to drink at least one a day and find it is a good way to add calories. The taste of the dark chocolate is good, but I wish it were possible to to buy single cans to I could try different flavors without committing myself to six cans at a time. My one complaint is how much sediment there is in the bottom, no matter how much you shake it.

We always hear about someone trying to lose weight and about all kinds of weight loss supplements but you hardly hear about the "gal" that's tired of being super skinny. Well that was me. I was a size 5 (5'5 in height 130pds) but by head was bigger than my body. I began drinking ensure plus in between my meals and sometimes along with my meals, and my curves began to fill out. I gradually went to a size 9/10 (no stomach fat) and I kept going. My ideal size was to be a 13/14 (180pds) and I made it with the help of the ensure plus in no time. It looks great on me and I'm more confident about myself now than I was then. And what I loved about it was that I was able to keep my flat stomach, I gained in all the places I wanted to gain in. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strawberry is my favorite. I've been drinking ensure for 20 years it gives me nutrition and energy. This is the best selling product for me. But no one seems to carry it alot I get two cases at a time. Love to have lots of it.

Ensure plus is the best product around. I used it when I had lost lots of weight and was thin and stressed out. Not only did I rebound to a healthy weight I felt strong. As a nurse u can't always sit down long enough to eat a good meal at lunch time and Ensure fills that void. I grab what I can along with my ensure and I feel energised. My son is active in sports and he loves it too.

All the flavors are true to taste. Smooth, milk shake consistency. Sometimes wish there was more in the bottle. Gives you the boost you need.
