It help me to maintain a healthy weight and always come in need when I don’t have enough time to get something to eat. I just pick up and go and it makes me complete as if I eaten a full meal. This is my to go meal replacement when I have to. I also just love to drink it because it taste so delicious. Thank you Ensure!

Great product for calories and carbs and protein. Very high in sugar, so as a hypoglycemic I have to make sure and drink some Glucerna afterwards so as not to get glucose spike. also notice that I get a good amount of gas after drinking either. since I am also Lactose Intolerant I have been adding 5 drops of lactate into each bottle before using. Anyone else have issues with gas?? Could it be the lactate? or just high carbs?

The only way I have been able to gain back some of the weight I lost, and now to maintain the weight i have gained back, is to drink 2 to 3 bottles of this drink a day. I have tried several other products and so far this is my favorite. every once in a while some one will ask me to try something new, but i always come back to Ensure Plus Strawberry.

I keep Vanilla and Chocolate flavor on hand for a nice variety. The Ensure Plus has great flavor and consistency and it gives me energy to start the day. I usually enjoy another bottle during the day or at bedtime. Wonderful!!!

I lost extreme amounts of weight and was feeling awful. I had no nutrients & my baby was taking all I had stored. The nutritionist decided I need to drink 3 ensure drinks daily until I could maintain weight or get back to eating solid food. I have never felt more hope!
