The 13 grams of protein and the multiple vitamins gives me the energy I need to play for the next 2 hours. Great supplement. Great taste.

He loves the dark chocolate best, and will opt for other flavors only if they happen to be sold out. Everyday I place one in his lunch, and on weekends it is his before gym drink. We always have it on hand and load up whenever possible!

My appetite was missing and the thought of eating created nausea and vomiting. I started drinking Ensure in place of a meal and found it satisfying and helped keep my stomach settled. After several weeks, my eating habits have returned to somewhat normal but I always drink at least one Ensure daily. I have stocked my cupboard with all the flavors and have tried the recipe for frozen pops. Waiting to try the butter pecan cookies with Ensure ! Anyone who dislikes regular ensure should definitely try ensure plus. There's a huge difference in flavor and content.

Better than any milkshake I have ever had, which is wonderful because I need the extra vitamins, minerals, and protein in order to regain strength after being ill. I personally enjoy it best frozen and defrosted for a few minutes in the microwave so it is still somewhat thick. That way I can drink it slowly over about 30 min. while it thaws. I would definitely recommend this method if you find drinking Ensure Plus feels you up a bit too much, or if you have any texture issues with it since it is fairly thick.
