It fills me up to where I can by-pass things I really don't need. At 72, I wish I had access by living closer to more readily get to your products. Good job and keep it up!

I drink it for the same reasons, but also because I have several chronic illnesses, some of which have caused food sensitivities. We've tried the chocolate & vanilla, but love the chocolate. Delish & nutrish!

This does taste great. I have received this in a bag of food that I get from a local shelter that helps out people that have low income. I like that it is in the bag because I also go to college and most of my class's are very early in the morning and this helps out when I don;t have time to cook or eat breakfast in the morning. Some times I take it college with me and drink it there before class. Sometimes I will take it with me when i am on my way to my National Guard drill and drink it on the way there.

It is flavorful and I can tell the difference in the way I feel. when I don't drink it. Only reason I don't drink it as it is a little high priced and I am on a fixed income. I love this nourishing drink. I seriously hope you will try it yourself.

I've always been a "hardgainer". I started drinking one of these before going to the gym and it really helps give me the energy and calories I need to workout. I'll also often have one on days in between workouts, it definitely helps keep weight on, and even gain! I find all the flavors to be a bit too sweet with too much sugar and would love to see a version of Ensure that is more like Soylent, you know, something that could be used more than just occasionally but also for the majority of one's meals if that were desired.

He recommended I take Ensure Plus because it was 350 calories per bottle and to take it 3 times a day. I followed his instructions and although the meds affected negatively my taste of food, I find that I enjoy the taste of the milk chocolate Ensure and it has helped me maintain my weight and activity. Even if my doctor were to change my meds to something that will help my appetite, I will continue to enjoy my milk chocolate Ensure. Thank you Ensure!
