It feels like my energy and it’s a nice replacement what I need to have a meal plan not ready to eat at the time. The other benefit of this product is that I love the butter pecan, I also love the chocolate and the vanilla.

It gives me the vitamins I need for quick energy. I also use it when I don't feel like cooking or when I feel I haven't eaten the required vitamins I need for the day. I like all the flavors but Chocolate is like a special treat.

I have to restrict chocolate and at times I cannot find anything but variations of chocolate. I like the fact that there is less sugar than the other varieties. The 19-20 grams are too sweet for me and I have to dilute. My doctor recommended that I drink Ensure to gain weight and boost energy. I'm glad he did.

I love these. i could drink 2 a day. i too am struggling to gain weight, and i never really have an appetite so i drink one of these when i have them and it fills me, yes would like to see higher calories and maybe the bottles a little bigger especially for the price.
