It give us energy to get throw a long work day. High School band practice is so much better/easier for the older children. Taekwondo practice also. We don't always get to eat right but Ensure sure helps us get nutrition we need for the day.

I always drink "Ensure Plus" at noon and 1 with my dinner and I know that I am getting the nutrition and calories I need to keep myself somewhat balanced. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink this product in between meals. It provides all the nutrients I need during the day until dinner time. If I feel the need, I also may have a second shake later on. It is delicious and creamy.

I wish the original had the fiber that the complete has in it as my patient is sedentary and needs that little boost of fiber .Plus is just for his kidneys. I have used the complete myself since having cancer surgery in 2013 and 5 bouts of c-diff in a row right after that.I don't go a day without at least 2 as the Dr. ordered.(it stated out with 4 per day)..I also wish you would make the complete in 6 pk's like the original . this is the best product I have ever used to maintain my health.I'm a retired 81 year old R.N. and still care giving. I recommend it to most all of my patients as does my Dr.

He drinks one in the morning and one in the evening and it gives him all the vitamins and minerals he is missing in his diet because of his health issue. Also I worked at an assistant living for senior citizens and so many of them got the recommendation from the medical field to also drink some type of Ensure product. He tried other similar brands, but either it upset his stomach, or wasn’t really crazy about the taste. Ensure Plus was exactly what he needed, no upset stomach, loves the taste (Milk Chocolate is his most favorite), and I never have to remind him to drink it. He’s getting the nutrients and calories he needs from Ensure Plus. It’s a win, win!
