Anyone who dislikes regular ensure should definitely try ensure plus. There's a huge difference in flavor and content.

It's an easy way to add calories to my daily diet as chewing is difficult for me. Don't forget to refrigerate the bottles first. And I recycle the bottle too.

However, I am fructose intolerant & don't understand why all of your products contain it. It causes me problems unless I consume it w Dextrose which is expensive & inconvenient, especially in the go. Fructose is not good for anyone anyway.

Ensure plus is helping me to gain weight and the dark chocolate is the only nutritional drink flavor that I can actually taste at least somewhat. I also like that it is only eight ounces so I don't have to drink a lot to get my needed calories.
