When I open my strawberry ensure in the morning, the pleasant smell of strawberries wakes me up and lets me know I am giving my body extra nutrients which my body needs. I tell myself I am drinking strawberry love and I feel good inside. The strawberry ensure has a very good taste and I would recommend it to anybody who needs that extra boost in the morning.

I would drink 2 or 3 a day in between meals to keep my energy up and remain active while in recovery. Ensure does taste good and helped me put on a few pounds that was lost after my cancer surgery. I still buy it buy the case at my local warehouse store.

It tastes just like a milkshake- creamy, silky, buttery deliciousness! I honestly crave these everyday. Over the years, my body has become much stronger and healthier. I am 37 years old and have been small my entire life and always hunting for ways to gain weight with no success! Last year I was left a single mother due to the passing of my husband and on top of already being small I lost another 25 pounds leaving me 96 pounds! It's sickly and embarrassing! I refuse to even leave my house! I started drinking ensure plus and started gaining immediately, my appetite started coming back and depression started to disappear! I felt better every way around and the taste is great as well so I enjoy them but unfortunately there so expensive I can't afford the 2 to 3 a day it takes to keep up with the weight gain I so badly need but I do continue to try buying them when I do have the extra money. I def recommend these for weight gain if u can afford them! Unfortunately I can not.
