On the occasion that she has little appetite for a complete meal, she’ll substitute with an Ensure. I take comfort in the nutritional benefits of this product. When going out for a few hours with mom, I always have a chilled Ensure and water along. She never seems to tire of the flavor and always claims “it goes down so easily”.
