I drink 1 of these everyday (2 sometimes) to try and help in gaining weight. I eat alot but just cant seem to gain enough. Since drinking these it has helped with my problem. Plus you're getting all the vitamins you need and DOUBLE the calories. Definitely recommend.

They have a fantastic flavor and are so enjoyable. Sometimes I drink 3 a day. To me they are a treat but still nourishing. They have helped me keep up my strength. I usually like to have one before therapy. I highly recommend Ensure for patients and seniors.

I tried the strawberry flavor ensure mixed with other fruits and vegetables and it really had a great taste. now it is part of my regular breakfast and also a snack at the end of the day. And my goal was accomplished. I gained 10 pounds.

Is one thing he enjoys since he has a disability , I buy at least one six pack a week. His favorite is strawberry and walnut second he doesn’t like chocolate or vanilla !
